To determine the employee Special Holiday pay:
Special Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate × 130% × 8 hours)

Working on Special Holiday and at the same time Rest Day
Let’s say the employee’s hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Special Holiday rest day pay:
Special Holiday rest day Pay = (Hourly rate × 150% × 8 hours)
Php 684.00 = (Php 57.00 × 1.50 × 8 hours)
Working on Legal/Regular Holiday
Let’s say the employee’s hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee’s Legal/Regular Holiday pay:
Legal/Regularly Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate × 200% × 8 hours)
Php 912.00 = (Php 57.00 × 2.00 × 8 hours)
Working on Legal/Regular Holiday and at the same time Rest Day
Let’s say the employee’s hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee’s Legal/Regular Holiday and Rest Day pay:
Legal/Regularly Holiday Rest Day pay = (Hourly rate × 260% × 8 hours)
Php 1,185.60 = (Php 57.00 × 2.60 × 8 hours)
Working on a Double Holiday
Let’s say the employee’s hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Double Holiday pay:
Double Holiday Pay = (Hourly rate × 300% × 8 hours)
Php 1368.00 = (Php 57.00 × 3.00 × 8 hours)
Working on a Double Holiday and at the same time Rest Day
Let’s say the employee’s hourly rate is Php 57.00/hour and working 8 hours/day
To determine the employee Double Holiday Rest Day Pay:
Double Holiday Rest Day Pay = (Hourly rate × 300% × 8 hours)
