How to create a ticket (Zoho Desk Portal)
Creating a Ticket in Zoho Desk Portal
- Visit the Zoho Desk Portal to raise a ticket.
Reminder: Kindly click bookmark for easier access.
- You will be directed to this page.
Before you submit a ticket, you can first try to use the Zoho Desk’s Knowledge Base or click Knowledge Base and Search articles to know if there’s already an existing article that you can use.
- If there are non-existing articles regarding your issue, you may proceed in submitting a ticket. Kindly fill out the fields, especially the required fields (marked with *).
Guides to filling out the fields are as follows:• Department – Choose the department on which you want to raise your concern.
• Contact Name – Input your full name.
• Email – Input your work email address.
• Subject – Input your specific concern.
• Did you read the help articles? Yes or No? – Input YES if you’ve read the related article on the right side of the page. Input NA if there’s no related article.
• Description – Input the details of your concern.
• Category – Choose the category that corresponds to your concern.
Note: Categories are based on the Department chosen.
• Priority – Choose the level of urgency of your concern.
• Attach a file – You can also attach some files or screenshots of your issues encountered.
- Once the form is completed, click the Submit button.
Closed Ticked Notification
- Once the Agent provided a resolution to your ticket, you will receive an email. Click the View ticket.
- You’ll be redirected to another page with your ticket’s details.
