Zoho People - HR System

Introduction

Zoho People is a cloud-based HR software designed to streamline HR processes and improve employee engagement. It allows us to manage and access all employee data from a centralized location.

Purpose

Boomering uses Zoho People for managing employee data, track attendance and leaves, and monitor performance, hiring, attrition, and retention.

Additionally, it provides a self-service portal for employees, which makes it easy for them to access information about their employment, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Easy steps to navigate Zoho People

1. We have two Zoho People organizations. Click:
   Boomering Inc. (BI) for Internals
   Boomering Services Limited (BSL) for Client-Staff
2. Your registered username is your work email address.
3. Once signed in, you will see your Dashboard. You can directly mark your attendance (check-in/out via Attendance widget) and file your leave (via Leave Report widget) here.
4. The left sidebar enables quick access to the Modules.
5. Click Self-service to access your profile. You may also update your details here.
6. To check your salary details, click Performance > Employee Salary.
7. For Organization Files (i.e. Policies, Manuals, and HMO documents), you can refer to My Files widget on your Dashboard or click More > Files > Organization Files.
