Tendo Rewards Guidelines and Policy
Introduction
Tendo Rewards is a platform that provides payroll enabled financial services. It is a one-stop shop for all your financial wellness needs.
Purpose
This policy aims to provide a well-defined guideline for the implementation of Tendo Rewards as Boomering is committed to providing competitive and meaningful rewards and benefits to recognize and motivate employees.
Guidelines and Policies
Eligibility - All employees (Internal
and Client Staff) are eligible to receive Tendo Rewards benefits based on the
qualified criteria set by Boomering and the Clients.

Guidelines
Each employee is entitled to receive points based on but not limited to:
Engagement Activities
Other Rewards (e.g. Birthdays or Work Anniversaries if approved by the Client)
Redeemable points are non-transferable.

Funds Request
Team Leaders shall request for a monthly budget from Ms. Judith Emperador of Finance, via email.
Requested budget shall be
billed to the Clients even if not consumed.
Funds Allocation to BDMs/AMs
- Finance shall allocate budget to
BDMs/AMs monthly with an amount of (pending amount).
- Tracking of Budget
Personal Money of Team Leaders
Team Leaders can request personal
funds via email. Such amount shall be deducted from the
salary once approved.
