Leave Application
You can file for a leave from:
The Leave tab
It can be found at Home > My Space - Overview page.
The Leave Report widget
It can be found at Home > My Space - Dashboard page.
The Leave Tracker service
It can be found on the left-side menu bar, then click on Apply Leave button or select the leave type you are applying for.
From here,
- Select the Leave type, Date, and input the Reason for leave. In this window, it shows your current leave balance of the Leave type selected. You can also click on View Leave Report to look at all of your Leave type balances.
- Click on Submit button.
After clicking Submit, the Leave Application will be sent to the Approver. Leave Application status can be seen in the Leave Tracker.
A follow-up email will be automatically sent to your Approver one (1) day after your request if it has not yet been approved. Once your Approver approves the request, you will receive a notification.
