How to update your Zoho People profile
Onboarding
Fill out all the required/mandatory fields (those with a red asterisk *) during the Onboarding Page – Employee Form.
Aside from the required/mandatory fields, fill out these important fields as well (see list below), and then click the Submit button once done.

Even after completing the onboarding process, you can still edit and update your profile in Zoho People. This ensures that any changes to your details can be reflected accurately at any time.
Click on the ellipsis (three dots) button on the right side of the page, then click View Profile.
To do a single-field edit, click on the pencil icon (Edit) on the field you want to update, input the information, and then click ✓. This is for small, specific changes.
To do a full-form edit, click on the pencil icon (Edit) on the top right of the form to edit multiple fields. Click the Submit button once done. This is helpful when you have multiple changes to your details.
Ensure that your details recorded in your Zoho People profile are complete, accurate, and up-to-date to receive important communications, benefits and services without interruption.
