How to set up your Zoho People Account?
Creating a Zoho Account
For you to be Active in Zoho People, you should first create an account.
- Check your work email for the Zoho People invitation.
- Click View Invitation to accept the invitation and start creating an account.
- Once clicked, a new window/tab will open. Click Sign up & Accept.
- Fill in the required fields and tick on the checkbox. Click Sign up & Accept once more.
- After completing the form and submitting your details, the confirmation screen will appear indicating that you are now part of the organization. Wait for the page to automatically redirect. Additionally, there is an option to click the Redirect Now button to immediately proceed.
- You will now be redirected to Zoho People’s Onboarding page. Click the Let’s get started button to proceed with the Onboarding process.
- Once clicked, you will be redirected to another page showing the Onboarding process. To successfully complete the Onboarding process, you need to fill in all required forms. You will know you’ve completed the process when you reach the "You're all set" confirmation page.

All forms must be fully completed. Make sure to carefully review each form before submitting to avoid any delays.
Reminders:
1. If a Location Access notification appears, click Allow or grant access.

Location access is required to check-in.
2. Once you've signed in (e.g., Step 6 – Zoho People’s Home page), there’s no need to sign out unless necessary. You can bookmark the page for easier access. If you accidentally close the Zoho People tab, your work hours will still continue as long as you haven’t checked-out.
3. If you sign out, do not use the invitation link again, as it is valid for one-time use only.
4. You will be redirected to the login page. Sign in using the email address and password associated with your Zoho People account.

Be sure to use the email address where the Zoho People invitation was originally sent.
