3 ways to register your load for PLDT

You can subscribe to this promo via PLDT/Smart load retailer, dashboard and mobile app. Just select the best possible options you like below on how to register:

Via Retailer

  1. Get a sim card for portable WiFi and put it on your phone.
  2. Text Famload(denomination)(space)11-digit PLDT/Smart Home WiFi number then send to 4122.
    Example: Famload199 09XXXXXXXXX

Via Dashboard

  1. Connect to your Wi-Fi network then go to http://bit.ly/2MX4wkM.
  2. Click "Check Your Balance"; if you have enough load, choose the plan stated on the website  above.

Via Online Mobile App

  1. Go to Google Play Store (mySmart PLDT Android) or App Store (mySmart PLDT  iOS or iPhone). Download myPLDT Smart app and link your prepaid Wi-Fi account to register.(Ask for IT assistance.)

  1. Open the Globe at Home App.
  2. Click Go to Dashboard.
  3. Choose GoSURF50, HomeSURF15, HomeSURF199, HomeSURF599, HomeSURF999 or HomeSURF1499.
  4. Select any Promo*.

Using *143#

To avail of the GoSURF50 promo using *143#, follow these steps:
  1. Dial *143# on your keypad.
  2. Choose 1 MyAccount.
  3. Choose 7 Globe At Home.
  4. Choose 2 Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi.
  5. Enter 10-digit Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi number.
  6. Choose 2 Get Data.
  7. Choose between Share-A-Promo w/ PIN or Share-A-Promo w/o PIN.
  8. Choose from GoSURF50, HomeSURF15 (Now an add-on to GoSURF50 & all other HomeSURF promos), HomeSURF199, HomeSURF599, HomeSURF999, HomeSURF1499.

  1. Go to the nearest store with Globe AutoLoadMax.
  2. Choose your desired Home Prepaid WiFi Promo.
  3. Give your 11-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 09662756289) found on the back of the modem.
  4. Provide payment to the store.

Share A Promo

  3. For example, text HomeSURF199 and send to 29662756289.

  1. If you have an active GCash account, you can avail of your favorite promo by following these steps:
