How to Redeem Your Points on Tendo

Cash Loan

1. Log in to your account on Tendo’s mobile application or website.
   Note: All screenshots are taken from the website; however, you can still refer to them as the mobile application shares the same interface.
2. Navigate to "Cash Loan" and click on it.
   
   
   
   
3. Fill out the required form with the details of where you want your points to be sent. Ensure all details are correct to avoid any issues.
   
   
   
   
1. Financial Institution: Select from GCash, Maya, or other supported banks.
2. Account Name: Enter the account name registered with your chosen financial institution.
3. Account Number: Enter your account number.
4. Confirm Account Number: Reenter your account number for verification.
5. Amount: Enter the number of points you want to redeem.
   
4. Click Next to proceed.
5. On the next form, tick both acknowledgment checkboxes, then click Confirm.
   
   
   
   
6. On the next page, you will see your available points. Click Apply Rewards.
   
   
   
   
7. Validate that your preferred points have been applied and acknowledge the following:
   
1. Terms and Conditions
2. Sharing of Personal Data, as outlined in Tendo by Tonik's Revised Privacy Policy.
   
   
   
   
8. Click Confirm Purchase.
9. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and click Complete Purchase.
   
   
   
   
10. A notification banner will confirm that your Cash Loan has been successfully processed.
