How to check your team's details
- Navigate to Home service then click on Team tab. From there, you will tabs namely: Team Space, Reportees, Department, Team List, and Peers.
Team Space Tab
The Team Space is your department's central hub for collaboration and communication within the Zoho People.
Department Wall
- A shared space where team members can post messages and updates. You can use this feature to share important information, announce news, or collaborate on departmental initiatives.
- To post a message, simply click on the text box where it says, “Post a message to your department,” type your message, and click the Post button.
Team Strength
- The widget displays the total number of members in your department. This gives you a quick glance at how many people are in your team at any given time.
Team Availability
- The widget shows the real-time availability status of your team members.
- In: Team members who are currently active or logged in.
- Out: Team members who are unavailable or logged out.
- Break: Team members who are currently on a break. This can be a coffee break or a lunch break.
- Weekend: Team members who are off work due to the weekend.
- Holiday: Team members who are on leave due to a holiday.
- Shows the last person who checked in. You can see their name, location, and how long ago they logged in
Work Anniversary
- Displays any team members celebrating a work anniversary today
New Hires
- Lists any new employees who joined in the past 15 days
Birthday Buddy
- Reminds you of any team members celebrating their birthday today
Department Files
- Provides quick access to any files shared within your department
Courses
- Displays any training or courses available for you to take
Reportees Tab
The Reportees tab allows you to easily access and view both your direct and indirect reports. This includes employees who report to you directly, as well as those reporting to your subordinates, giving you a complete picture of your reporting structure.
You can switch between Grid View, List View, or Kanban View to organize employees by seniority, department, or designation. Use the filter icon to narrow down the list based on specific criteria. You can also click on any employee’s name to view their profile.
In the Department tab, you can view employees linked to various departments and locations. This feature is especially helpful for quickly checking your department’s availability for the day (Office in / Absent / Away). You can also see sub-departments and their employees. Use the available drop-down menus to switch between different departments or locations easily.
Team List Tab
The Team List tab allows you to customize how you view your team. You can create personalized views by selecting Create View on the drop-down menu. Additionally, you have the option to display either only your direct reports or all reportees, which includes employees reporting directly to you as well as those reporting to your subordinates.
Peers Tab
Use the Peers tab
to view your colleagues. Peers include members of your department. You can also
access their full profiles by clicking on any of their cards.

Note: In
Boomering Services Limited Organization, the Call option is not available as it
requires Cliq integration.
