How to check your team's attendance
For Department Managers, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders
How to check staff's attendance
- Navigate to Attendance service then click on Team tab. From there, you will see tabs namely: Reportees, Team Members, Regularization, and Shift Schedule.
Reportees Tab
The Reportees Tab is a section where you can manage and view the attendance of the employees who report directly to you, which includes:
- Attendance Status
- Check-in/out Time
- Shift Details
Team Members Tab
Using this, you can quickly check your team members' check-in status.
Regularization Tab
This section shows your team members’ regularization
requests, where you can click on the record to view the details and approve or
reject the request. Use the Approval Status drop-down menu or the filter
icon to narrow down the list.
Shift Schedule Tab
This section shows a calendar that displays your team
members’ shift details on each day of the current week. You can switch between Weekly
or Daily, or use the filter icon to choose a custom date.
