How to change Marital Status in SSS


How to change Marital Status (Single to Married) in SSS

Requirements for SSS

  1. Accomplished E-4 Form
  2. Marriage Certificate
  3. 2 Valid IDs including UMID (Employee)

Note:

You can visit the nearest SSS branch near you and submit the needed requirements/documents and or via online request.

If via Online

  1. Go to the official SSS website and select "Member" from the list of portals.
  2. Log In with your email add and password.
  3. Point your cursor to “E-SERVICES” on the main menu to display the list of options. Hover your cursor to “Membership Records” then click on “Submit Request for Member Data Change (Simple Correction)”.
  4. Upload the required supporting document/s.
  5. Keep a copy of your transaction number.
  6. Wait for an email from SSS informing you about the status of your request. Take note that you can only file one member data change request at a time.
