Attendance Monitoring
It is also important to check or monitor your seat staff's attendance. In order to do that:
Go to your Zoho People - Boomering Services Limited Organization.
Simply click Reports.
Click on Team Reports tab. You can then choose from various types of reports based on your preference, allowing you to track early or late arrivals, missed check-ins/outs, and more.
Daily Attendance Status
For you to check your seat staff's current attendance status:
Choose the Daily Attendance Status Report, which will show you two graphs: Attendance Status and Current Day Status.
Select any status and click on it to view the corresponding data. For example, to see who hasn't checked-in yet, click on Yet to check-in.

Default Shift means that check-in/out button is disabled. This is assigned specifically to Internals/Clients.
Internals - All Zoho People activities should be done under Boomering Inc. Organization.
Early/late check-in and check-out
If you want to track employees who are consistently early or late:
- Choose the Early/late check-in and check-out Report and it will show you a list.
- First In - This will be their check-in.
- Last Out - This can be their check-out from their breaks or check-out from their shift.
- Total Hours - Hours rendered from First In until Last Out.
- Entry (Early and Late) - You will see in this column those who are always early and late.
- Exit (Early and Late) - While in this column, you will see reports of undertime and overtime.
- Net Hours - Sum of the Entry and Exit minutes/hours.
- Shift - Employee's current shift and the basis of their attendance.
Reminders:
- For easier tracking, use the Filter button in each report.
- You should always check your seat staff's assigned shift first for validation.

E.g. For Flexi Shifts – The report displays late arrivals or early departures based on their scheduled shift range.
However, as long as the employee has completed 4, 7, or 8 hours (depending on the client), their attendance will be considered satisfactory.
