Attendance Edit Request Notification
There are four ways for you to be notified of your team’s attendance edit request:
First – Email
- You will receive an Attendance Edit request via email.
- Click on the word here for you to be redirected to Zoho People and approve/reject the Attendance Edit request.
Second – Zoho People Activities Tab
- You can check your requests for approvals on your Zoho People Activities tab by navigating to Home > My Space - Overview > Activities.
- Click the pending Attendance Regularization for you to approve/reject the request.
Third – Zoho People Approvals Tab
You can check your requests for approvals on your Zoho People Approvals tab by navigating to Home > My Space - Overview > Approvals.
You can also approve or reject multiple requests by selecting the checkboxes on the left side of each request.
Fourth – Zoho People Notification Bell
Click on the notification bell on the top right of the page. It will show the Attendance Edit request notification.
Click on the notification for you to approve/reject it.

Once you click any of the given notifications above, the system will show you the Attendance Regularization tab.
There are three ways for you to approve or reject an attendance edit request.
Remember to approve all attendance edit requests as per Attendance Policy.
